1 You must purchase this specific amount of bulk hours as a minimum each time you refresh your maintenance agreement with Halcyon Technology.
2 This is an indication only, based on the SME plan of 1.5 hours per fortnight, and does not include help desk, on-site, ad-hoc or break fix work conducted during this period. Hours used for these other purposes will reduce the number of weeks you are covered for your Technical Maintenance Plan.
